Preschool, Pre-K, and K admission policy: Children between the ages of 2 years, 10 months  through 5 will be admitted to Lakeview Maria Montessori Preschool. All children are to be interviewed by the director as a prerequisite for admission. It is mandatory that all children must be toilet trained. The school reserves the right at any time to dismiss a child who does not adhere to the policies and standards of the school or whose parents do not. The school reserves the right to review the admission of a child after the first month and to make a decision as to whether that child is ready for our program. 

We require that the following forms be on file for each child prior to the child attending class:

• Emergency information (prior to enrollment
• Health History (prior to enrollment)
• Physician’s Report (30 days from the start date)
• Up-to-date copy of immunization record (prior to enrollment)
• Consent for Emergency Medical Treatment (prior to enrollment)

Failure to return the mandatory forms will result in delay of attendance.
